Tkhor Volodymyr Valentynovych, born June 1, 1986, citizen of Ukraine, serviceman of the National Guard of Ukraine.

On November 21, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in a terrorist community") to 5 years and 6 months in a general regime penal colony.

Deprived of liberty in May 2022.
