Ponomarenko Roman Yulievych

Ponomarenko Roman Yulievych, born January 5, 1978, citizen of Ukraine, resident of the village of Goncharovka, Svatovsky district, Luhansk region of Ukraine, former serviceman of the 46th separate special forces battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Donbass". On October 22, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Art. 205.4 ("Participation in a terrorist community") and Art. 205.3 ("Training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 18 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony. Deprived of liberty since March 2024.
